Aishwarya Rai inclined to star opposite Will Smith in new film

It seems like marriage between Bollywood and Hollywood is inevitable. News has it that Bollywood’s ‘Bahu’ Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is reading a Hollywood script that stars none other than comedy star Will Smith. Although, the beautiful actress is inclined towards the tempting project, she has not given her consent to it yet. Speaking to a news daily, Aishwarya said, “There is the possibility of a movie with Will Smith and I am very excited about it because the script is fabulous and no doubt, he is a great actor and is a funny companion to work with.”

After starring in interesting Hollywood projects like ‘Mistress of Spices’ and ‘The Last Legion’, Aishwarya is excited about Will Smith’s next. Aishwarya admits to reading other scripts from Hollywood also and said that she would leave it to destiny to resolve. Expressing her gratitude for the international attention she is getting, the actress said, "I consider myself very fortunate to have enjoyed a fantastic support from a widespread section of audience... I am very thankful for that kind of love and support because it has given me the confidence and strength of enjoying myself and explore different genres, be it art, commercial or historical, I have done it all."

Meanwhile, Will Smith, who is a self-confessed Aishwarya Rai Bachchan fan, affirmed that Ash was his first choice to star in 'Hancock' and 'Seven Pounds' too. But, the lady had politely declined both the offers due to prior commitments. Perhaps, this time Will Smith will have his way. The comedy star has expressed his wish to act in a Bollywood movie himself stating that the future of international cinema lies in the marriage of Hollywood and Bollywood. Grapevine also has it that the gorgeous actress has hiked also her price to a throbbing six crores per movie. The lady has pocketed the enormous sum for her Tamil movie ‘Enthiram’ opposite Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. As they say, some people have all the luck…
